Ask to see physical evidence of bed bugs, not just a report.
Bed bugs leave signs of where they have been, including blood stains, bed bug fecal matter, or skin sheddings that happen as part of the life cycle of the bed bug. Adult bed bugs are easily seen and even the larvae can be seen with the naked eye. Here at Chappell’s Pest Control, we make sure that property owners have the opportunity to see the evidence of the infestation before we make any recommendation for treatment. (We even use LED lights to show where eggs are present.)
Ask for referrals for the company you are using. Anyone who has been working in the area should have good references of people who will give you an honest opinion on the service they received.
